Halloween is almost a week away! Are you still in need of a fun, creative costume for your pet? Check out this easy DIY Halloween basketball hoop costume using an e-collar and a few other supplies.

Supplies you will need:
- White foam board or heavy duty poster board
- Orange tape
- X-ACTO knife
- E-collar

Step 1: Put orange tape around the outside of the e-collar.




Step 2: With the orange tape, make a basketball backboard. 




Step 3: Tape the backboard to the e-collar and have your pet try on their new basketball hoop costume! (Do not leave your pet unattended while wearing their costume.)
