- Challenge studies in dogs showed 100% protection over 3 years against distemper, adenovirus, and parvovirus
- Used formulation containing CPV STRAIN 154®, able to override maternal antibodies at an early age
- Serologic tests demonstrated high antibody titers throughout the 3-year post-vaccination isolation period
- Manhattan strain of CAV-2 was used to confer protection against canine infectious hepatitis caused by canine adenovirus type 1 (CAV-1) without eliciting the adverse reactions associated with CAV-1 vaccines
- Protects against the commonly spread canine distemper virus

NOBIVAC Canine 1-DAPPv vaccine is a modified live virus vaccine for the vaccination of healthy dogs as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine distemper virus, canine adenovirus type 1 (hepatitis), canine parainfluenza virus, and canine parvovirus. Data indicate the development of corneal opacity is not associated with the use of this product. NOBIVAC Lepto bacterin is recommended for the vaccination of healthy dogs as an aid in the prevention of disease and mortality caused by L. canicola, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. pomona, and L. grippotyphosa; the prevention of leptospiruria (shedding of Leptospira in the urine) caused by L. canicola, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, and L. grippotyphosa; and as an aid in the prevention of leptospiruria caused by L. pomona.
