NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. ELIGIBILITY:  Open to veterinary clinic owners and their veterinary staff members, who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (except veterinarian clinic owners and staff members residing in Minnesota, Puerto Rico and Vermont and all U.S. licensed physicians), who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater at the time of entry.  “Physician(s)” is defined as: (a) doctor of medicine or osteopathy; (b) dentist; (c) podiatrist; (d) optometrist; and (e) chiropractor.  Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is governed by US law and is subject to all

2. applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Employees of Butler Animal Health Supply, LLC d/b/a Covetrus North America (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and members of the immediate family or household of each, are not eligible to participate.  Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as employee.

8. ENTRY:  The sweepstakes begins on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on Sunday December 30,  2019, at 4:00 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).  During the Sweepstakes Period, there will be six (6) sweepstakes drawings of five (5) winners each per the schedule below (“Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes Drawings”). The Sweepstakes will begin on the Monday of each week during the Sweepstakes Period  beginning at 10:00 AM EST and end at 4:00 PM EST on the second Sunday per the schedule below.  To enter the sweepstakes, entrants must place a qualifying promotional order or submit their information via the sweepstakes Jotform. All eligible entrants who place a qualifying order or submit the Jotform will be automatically entered into the Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes drawing for that period only.  Winners are ineligible from winning more than one Bi-Weekly drawing during the Sweepstakes Period.   Eligible Entries will not be carried over from period to period.  Entrants must enter each period to be included in one of the Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes Drawings.   At the conclusion of the sweepstakes, one entrant will be selected for the Grand Prize Drawing. This winner will be selected from all entrants during the sweepstakes period. The grand prize drawing will be completed on January 3, 2020. Alternate method of entry:  mail a handwritten postcard or letter with the name of your veterinary clinic, veterinarian’s or veterinarian staff member’s first and last name, veterinary clinic’s mailing address and telephone number and mail it to:  Covetrus North America, 400 Metro Place North, Dublin, OH 43017, Attn: Covetrus, Buster Cones ‘n More Sweepstakes.  Entries must be postmarked by or prior to the last day of each periods Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes in order to enter.  No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, postage due mail, or mutilated entries.  All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.  Entries limited to:  one (1) entry per clinic location per period and one (1) entry per clinic location per Grand Prize drawing. 

           4. PRIZE/ODDS:  Thirty (30) prize packages will be awarded.  Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.  ALL EXPENSES, TAXES AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF PRIZES NOT SET FORTH IN THESE RULES ARE THE OBLIGATION OF THE WINNERS.  Prizes are not transferable, except at discretion of Sponsor.  This prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable.  Winners will win the following:

6. BI-WEEKLY DRAWINGS:  Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during each Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes Drawing.  One winner will be selected every other week per the above Bi-Weekly Drawing Schedule.  The potential winners will be notified in person, by email, telephone, overnight carrier or regular mail within approximately ten (10) days of the drawing.  If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner after reasonable effort, or if the potential winner fails to respond within three (3) days of first attempted notification, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. One winner will be selected at the end of the sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified in person, by email, telephone, overnight carrier or regular mail within approximately ten (10) days of the drawing. If Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner after reasonable effort, or if the potential winner fails to respond within three (3) days of first attempted notification, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL:   The potential winners will be required to sign and return a Warranty of Eligibility and Liability Release and a Publicity Release, within ten (10) days of first attempted notification.  In the event of noncompliance, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  By entering, participants (a) agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (including but not limited to eligibility determinations) which are final and legally binding in all respects; (b) agree to release Sponsor, and its employees and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injury resulting from participation in this promotion or awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that Sponsor and its employees and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose; and (c) consent to use of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.  All entries are subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy (located at www.northamerica.covetrus.com/privacy-policy).

9. INTERNET: If, for any reason, the Internet portion of this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, whether due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.  In the event of termination, a random drawing to award the prizes will be conducted from entries received up until the time of termination.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. 

10. WINNERS LIST:  For the name and state of residence of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by January 31, 2020 to Covetrus North America, Winners List Request, BUSTER Cones ‘n More Sweepstakes, 400 Metro Place North, Dublin, OH 43017.
