Covetrus® Brand Flunixin Injection is a potent, non-narcotic, non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic analgesic. It is used to control pyrexia associated with bovine respiratory disease (BRD) as well as endotoxemia and acute bovine mastitis. It also alleviates musculoskeletal inflammation and pain in horses, including visceral pain associated with colic.
Only for Intravenous Use in Beef and Dairy Cattle.
Not for Use in Dry Dairy Cows and Veal Calves.
For Intravenous and Intramuscular Use in Horses.
CAUTION: Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.
- Fast-acting anti-inflammatory and antipyretic activity

- Sterile, multiple-dose vial
- Administered intravenously in beef and dairy cattle
- Administered intravenously or intramuscularly in horses
- 4-day withdrawal before slaughtering cattle for human consumption
- Discard dairy cattle milk taken during treatment and for 36 hours after last treatment
