This cage unit configurations utilize VSSI's unique "Lap-Lock" system with overlapping, locking, and uniframe mounting for easier assembly and more durable overall structure. They have a formed threading which is used for mounting and will not cross thread or strip out, preventing the stainless steel screws, which are self-locking, from loosening with everyday use.
- Constructed of a 20 gauge, type 304 polished stainless steel
- Heavier gauge stainless steel means less noise and longer life
- Heavy-duty reversible door: 3/8" diameter frame; 3/16" diameter vertical rods; 1/4" diameter crossmembers
- Heavy gauge latch system is extrememly quiet, easily cleaned
- Padlock or door clip
- One-piece stainless steel hinge plate with multiple attachment points for stability that prevents sagging
- One-piece stainless steel corner/trim strips enchances strength and stability and is easier to clean
- Full 1" radius corners for easy cleaning
- Fluid retaining lip and built-in paper retainer
- 30" and 36" tall cages have 5 crossmembers
