The Becton Dickinson Angiocath IV Catheters have push-button needle shielding technology where the needle instantly retracts to reduce the risk of accidental needle stick injuries. The .75-inch length catheter is made with thin-wall fluorinated ethylene propylene(FEP) polymer with tapered tip on the catheter that helps ease penetration.
- Commonly used in hospital and healthcare settings primarily for therapeutic purposes such as administration of medications, fluids and blood products as well as blood sampling
- With tubing diameter of 0.445 - 0.521 to help administer necessary fluids to patients
- Disposable to prevent cross-contamination
