The standard and fabric-reinforced gowns have an AAMI Level 3 classification and the Astound® impervious-reinforced gowns, an AAMI Level 4. The lightweight fabric combined with the remarkable durability makes Astound® an outstanding value over the competition.
- Designed to help protect health care workers during surgical and other procedures from exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM)
- Made with soft, polypropylene, non-woven fabric, which exhibits lower linting than cotton or cotton blends
- Chest reinforcement and sleeve, polyethylene film, SMS, DEHP and BPA Free
- Surgical gowns use a monolithic film technology to transport moisture from the skin to the surface of the fabric, keeping you cool, dry and comfortable
- White polyester cuff
