Product Description

These sterilization strips help guard against incomplete steam cycles. They feature a standard black reference color — the “O” in “OK.” When complete penetration of the pack by pure pressure steam has occurred, the “K” and an arrow will change to black to match the reference color. The 8” strip also has a dot on one end, which can be left protruding from the contents being sterilized. After processing, the dot can be viewed to see if it has undergone a complete color change to black before removing the entire strip and disassembling the pack.
