Patellar Luxation in combination with TTA Rapid Especially but not only with small dogs patella luxation issues can come along with a cranial cruciate ligament rupture. Even lower grade patella luxation can become more severe with a torn cruciate ligament. The rotational stability which is provided by the cruciate ligament does not exist any longer. This may result in a luxating patella which did not show any clinical signs before CCL rupture. With the new Rita Leibinger patella spacers the patella luxation can be corrected when a cruciate ligament repair surgery has do be done anyways.
