Product Description

Sevoflurane solution, a halogenated inhalation anesthetic drug for induction and maintenance of general anesthesia in dogs. Sevoflurane solution provides smooth, shorter inductions and recoveries. Halogenated volatile anesthetics can react with desiccated carbon dioxide (CO2) absorbents to produce carbon monoxide (CO) that may result in elevated carboxyhemoglobin levels in some patients. To prevent this reaction, sevoflurane solution should not be passed through desiccated soda lime or barium hydroxide lime.
