A long-term polyurethane catheter kit with a guidewire introduction and a double lumen catheter. The detached extension set guidewire introducer kit includes the introducer needle, catheter-over-needle introducer, guidewire, catheter, suture wings, normally closed valve, tethered cap, and a dilator.
