Product Description

Widely used in general, cardiovascular, plastic, and orthopedic surgery, PROLENE Sutures do not adhere to tissue and are therefore efficacious as a pull-out suture. PROLENE Sutures are relatively biologically inert, offering proven strength, reliability, and versatility. PROLENE Sutures are recommended for use where minimal suture reaction is desired, such as in contaminated and infected wounds to minimize later sinus formation and suture extrusion.
