An iris scissors is used to complete the retinacular release as proximally as possible while the nerve is under vision and protected. Retinacular release is then completed distally to the level of the wrist crease. These scissors are non-sterile and made of tungsten carbide and ceramic. They feature a finger ring handle and are OR grade.
